During the reorganization of processes we follow the next sequence of actions:

  1. In-depth development of required process changes together with the owners of processes. At this point we define quite how the processes of company have to change. We determine procedure of changes realization.

  2. Determination of list of the processes, which require reorganization. At this point we define what adjacent processes or sub processes the changes concern. If necessary we adapt the procedure of changes realization for each of the reorganized processes.

  3. The simulation of processes “as must be”. At this point we develop process models considering the changes and formation of process regulations.

  4. Automation and implementation of processes.

Important! Client is liable for making the decision about viability of the processes reorganization. Here it is necessary to correctly estimate the risks, which can arise if the processes aren’t changed, and correlate them with the costs for their reorganization.
