During automation and implementation of processes we follow the next sequence of actions:

  1. Analysis of current corporate information system (KIS) so as to determine necessary modifications (change in current KIS functional, development of new functional/ KIS module).

  2. Development of technical task for KIS modification (determination of the necessary catalogues, documents, other objects and requirements for them, the indications of data processing algorithm, the description of system reaction for actions of users, determination of reporting forms, etc.).

  3. Modification of KIS according to the technical task. Depending on previous agreements with a client, we either control realization of IT project or manage the IT project.

  4. Organization of testing of KIS modifications for correspondence to business requirements.

  5. Implementation of changed processes. Depending on previous agreements with a client, we either control implementation of changes or prepare training documents, perform training and monitoring of realization of changes in the processes.
